Passport Renewal

In order for us to process your passport for you, we must receive the following information: Note: In order for us to do a Renewal for you your passport must have been issued within the past 15 years or less and you had to be 16 years of age or older.
Requirements for 3-6 business days processing and for Next day service processing
To use our service you MUST fill out the ONLINE Department of State passport application below, for Step 1 THEN click the Create button at the bottom and THEN print the form.
IIf you do not use the form below your passport application will be delayed.
Step 1. DSP-82 form (must do Online) Note: Please make sure to mark US Passport Book and not US Passport Card when filling out the form.
Step 2 Release letter (must print out)
Step 3 Please print the order form (must print out) and send to us inside your Federal Express Priority Overnight package, also in the Federal Express should be a Check for $99 (plus return delivery) for our fees.***
Step 4 Government Fee - $135.00 No temporary checks will be accepted by the passport office. You can use a money order in place of a temporary check.You can write one check for the governments fee, our service fee and return delivery by Federal Express. (For the correct amount please see the order form)***
Step 5 Your expired passport.
Step 6 2 Passport Photographs taken by a passport photographer
Step 7 To have your passport expedited then you will also need proof of departure, which will be ONE of the following:
a) copy of airline tickets or
b) travel itinerary or
c) company letter of expedite (click for sample)
You will need to send all the information to us by Federal Express only to the following address:

----If you ordered a birth certificate and passport from our company the governments fee for a passport is not included in our passport/birth certificate service fee of $155. The $155 fee you previously paid covers our service fee for a birth certificate ($45), service fee for a passport ($85) and return delivery by Federal Express of the passport back to you of ($25).---- |
